Merrill has been working in real estate since 2017 and enjoys supporting buyers and sellers of all kinds, bringing dedication, professionalism, and care to every transaction. She specializes in inherited properties, probate, divorce, relocation, and senior downsizing, guiding clients through complex life transitions with clarity and compassion. She project-manages the entire process from start to finish so her clients don't take on all of the stress and the endless details by themselves. 

After growing up in Michigan and spending years in Los Angeles, she found her true home in Eugene over 20 yrs ago and feels grateful to live in one of the most beautifully lush regions in the country.

Beyond real estate, Merrill is a mother, wife, homeowner, and lifelong student. She enjoys studying herbal medicine and creating her own blends, watching her husband play music, reading, and spending time with good friends. You’ll often find her laughing, learning, dancing, gardening, cooking, preserving food, traveling, or exploring the forest and coastline with her husband and beloved St. Berdoodle "Appa".
